The plan for first day is to do a BPS orientation presentation w/ our architecture and some common terms. Proposed topics:

• What BPS does

• Description of BPS boards

• Overview of BPS software

• Important Terminology:

  • CAN

  • RTOS

  • DC-DC converter

  • MCU

• Pictures + overall picture of how things mesh together

• What BPS does for the car’s electrical system w/ importance

Planning to recruit 4 members to BPS.

New member hardware projects:

• Next-gen BPS Leader (1 member)

• Next-gen Supplemental Monitoring (1 BPS member working with a Power Systems member)

New member software projects:

• Application dev?

• Will need to see where shared software stack is within the next month
