[WIP] Regenerative Braking (Regen Brake)

History

The 2024 Solar Car, Daybreak was going to have regen integrated. However, this was not achieved due to not being able to test regen with high voltage and also not completely understanding the importance of

• calc for regen braking justification: Is regen worth it? For what weights

• barred during charging…?: when do we stop charging, at what points (ex going down hill)

• concerns with overcharging?

Aiden Notes:

• Regen should not be used at low speed (<15mph)

• Regen is a feature baked into our motor controllers, I think we should test this practically with the dyno that Arnav/Jiwoo is working on
