• Solar posts every Friday 

• Rotating between the three teams for Saturday bonus posts (typically will be reels)

• Instagram is locked to just the leads 

• Send me the posts by Thursday for me to post on Friday mornings

Newsletter: 

• Bi-monthly newsletter 

• Due: last day of October

• Team Updates + recap last year a little

• 4 photos, 3 paragraphs

Merch: 

• We will be using Austin Screen Printing as our merch vendor (this is an LHR wide decision) 

• Merch designs + order quantity due by Thanksgiving Break

• Merch Ideas

  • Quarter zips (from last year)

  • Team shirt (new design needed) Ella can help!

  • Options:

    • Hats

    • Hoodies

    • Beanies

    • Race Shirts

    • Stickers - Ella and Samita can help!

• We also have previous merch (~30 shirts) 

• Ethan spend a workday surveying members for merch!

Solar Specific Updates: 

• Hardhik (Operations Lead) will be having 1-on-1s with each of y’all

  • chance for him to get to know you more and hear about what you want to get out of the team

• Lucy will be updating the headshots + bios for the leads on the website

• Ideate / storyboard 4 new posts ideas

  • 1 photo post idea

  • 1 reel post idea

  • 2 other additional posts idea 

• Take some pictures + videos

  • Upload the photos & videos to the Sharepoint

Tech Talks + System Specifics:

• Each person assigned to a set of mechanical or electrical systems

• Member will be responsible for making educational content with the team/team lead
