CLAN Folder Stripping
To use CLAN to strip an entire folder of CHA Files, we need to go through a series of steps that involve preparing the input folder before running some scripts.
Steps | Process | To Do |
1 | Create copy of input folder with all the CHA files. | Find the input folder with the patients' CHA files like this:

2 | Open Clan and set directories. | Now we will begin working inside of the Clan software itself:

3 | Enter the script. | We will now enter the script in:

4 | Check the output. | Go to the “stripped” folder you made in Step 1. Check that the output files are there and that they match with the number that you were expecting. |
