In this meeting we took all of the brainstorm ideas and prioritized them.
We settled on the following tasks and working groups:
Welcome Letter & New Employee Resource Page - Jen & Digo
Video & Presentation - Michelle, Sabine, Keith, Sonia, Stuart
Buddy Program (changing the level of the mentor suggestion) - Keri & Vinh
While each team will meet separately and will lead the charge in their area and report back and get feedback from all members.
Subgroups are also encouraged to post status updates in the wiki.
Next full group meeting is scheduled for 8/14
