Grades
The grade submission system can be accessed 24/7 here: Grade Submission
Please ensure you can access the grade system BEFORE your grade due date. If you have a FERPA block, it can take up to 24 hours for that block to clear once you’ve completed the required FERPA training.
Upon completion of entering your grades, please make sure you hit the green SUBMIT button and not SAVE, when you are completely done.

Grade Disputes
The Department of Rhetoric and Writing reviews appeals for final grades. We do not review instructors’ grades on individual assignments unless there is evidence that circumstances were out of the ordinary.
The Process
Instructor. Student has discussion with instructor, providing evidence arguing for a grade change.
Department. If student is not satisfied after talking with instructor, they may appeal to the Department of Rhetoric and Writing by filling out the Grade Appeal form and attaching documentation. The Chair or Associate Chair will then consider the appeal.
