Green output: Accessing Green Output from the Mainframe/DEFINE
Note: Initially, you must send something to Green Output before you can access your Green Output folder.
Accessing Green Output from these Operating Systems
Windows: Accessing Green Output
Folder Path:
- \\austin.utexas.edu\disk\ereports\YourEID
- For example: \\austin.utexas.edu\disk\ereports\abc12345
Create a shortcut on your "Desktop"
- Right-click white-space on your Desktop and choose: New>Shortcut
- Type the location of the item:
- \\austin.utexas.edu\disk\ereports\YourEID
- For example:
- \\austin.utexas.edu\disk\ereports\abc12345
- For example:
- \\austin.utexas.edu\disk\ereports\YourEID
- Next
- Type the name for this shortcut:
- Green Output
- Finish
- If you wish to change the shortcut icon for easier recognition,
- Right-click on the newly created shortcut and choose Properties
- In the Shortcut tab select the Change icon... button
- Select the icon of your choice, then OK > OK
MacOS: Accessing Green Output
Access via WebDav
- In the finder, Go>Connect to Server
- Enter: https://webdav.austin.utexas.edu/ereports/YourEID
- For example: https://webdav.austin.utexas.edu/ereports/abc12345
- Enter your EID and EID password.
- Select the “+” to save for the future.
- Connect
