Meridian Deployment Meeting 

Agenda 

Team meeting to discuss and review updates to Meridian prior to "going live" with the application on Monday, March 15, 2010.

  1. Start using Meridian on Monday, 03/15/2010 instead of Mail Log.
  2. New stamps to use.
  3. Fujitsu Scanner update
    1. Creating your own folder in the scanner folder on the network.
    2. Login not changed afterall (user name and pw still guest).
  4. Replace document content function working (no requirement for Acrobat).
  5. Vendor list added.
  6. Some offices added to people list.  Notify Amy when you need a new one.
  7. Determining what to scan and what not to scan.
  8. Weekly Meridian review meetings starting next week.
  9. Other items.

  1. Amy will send a note to everyone (copy Liz) with reminders and links to documents for Monday.
  2. We'll build a more specific list of what to scan / what not to scan as we go through the first fiew weeks of deployment.  Please feel free to add suggestions to the wiki (either on the Help page linked to in agenda item 7 or on the feedback page).
  3. Amy to schedule demo for VPUO management team.  Work with Beth to identify date and time.
