ADA accommodation check

Coming June 2021, you'll be able to see who has ADA time accommodations logged for your class on your roster. If you'd like a sneak preview of it now, feel free to hop over to the backup server, https://lbtest.cns.utexas.edu/instructor/ , and navigate to your roster. Notice the ADA column; a 1 in that column indicates standard, stated time; 1.5 or 2 indicates that degree of multiplication for timed assignments. Be sure to check here if affected students will also need a late submit so they can use their extra time (ie if the due date becomes before they could use their extra time).

If wanted, you can also set staggered start times for different groups on the roster page.
