E-Ship Global Guidance

e-ShipGlobal provides a single point of access to price, ship, track, manage and pay for shipments, as well as compare rates and services between multiple carriers such as FedEx, UPS, USPS and more.

Note from EHS Official: "Many things are regulated that may not be known by most. Batteries and Batteries in equipment need special attention. If anyone has any doubt they should reach out to me."

Please consult with your account manager if this is your institute's first time using e-ShipGlobal or are not organized in an institute and require guidance.

OADR guidance on using e-ShipGlobal:

When you first log-in to e-ShipGlobal, the shipping section and form is located under "Ship" tab. Click here for image reference!

By default, the sender information is your mailing information loaded from your UT EID. To enter a custom sender address, please select "Add Sender" and save the form. Click here for image reference!

To assist with selecting a vendor from the multiple offered in e-ShipGlobal portal, you may use the "Rate" tab to receive a quick-form quote from multiple vendors. Click here for image reference!

If you need packing supplies for your shipments, you may purchase packing supplies and have delivered free of charge under the "Supplies" tab. If you cannot find the packing supplies needed for your shipments you may purchase them and be reimbursed from the project or order the supplies from the OADR direct-bill FedEx account. Consult with your account manager on reimbursements and using the FedEx account since it is exclusively used for packing supplies.
