Before use:

Check the hoses, connectors, and media reservoir. If you need to add blasting media, or change to another type, clear the hopper before starting the machine.

Pull and release the cleaning mallets two or three times.

Check the desiccant before each use. Water or oil in the lines will lead to powder 'clumping up'.

After use:

Check all hoses and connections. Make sure pressure gauge drops to 0. Clean the glass lid with a soft cloth.

Periodic maintenance:

the Hopper

To empty the hopper, tie a plastic bag to either of the hopper outlets at the bottom of the unit, and open the valve. Blasting media can be reused. If you are not reusing it right away, label the bag before putting it in storage.

HEPA filter

Make sure to have replacement part CTR280-1 filter on hand. Disconnect power cords from both sides and lift filter cover off. Remove and clean or replace filter.
