January	presented completed environmental scan diagrams, discussed project to update harmful subject terms in Primo, planned conclusion of environmental scan work for February
February	final edits on environmental scan narrative, discussion of findings and recommendations from environmental scan, chose three recommendations to work on for the year
March	discussion of recommendations from environmental scan, specifically decision tree for ingesting assets/descriptive metadata
April	discussion of draft decision trees, including how to structure and utilize feedback
May	canceled
June	discussion of draft decision trees
July	held meeting in early August, discussion of draft decision trees and implementation of feedback
August	discussed feedback on decision trees from staff, revised trees, planned out larger round of feedback
September	meeting rescheduled to early October
October	discussed feedback on decision trees from larger group of stakeholders, brief discussion of using FAST in place of LCSH, brief discussion of min metadata standard
