Please make sure you have met the perquisites for Setting Up Remote Access and the UT VPN Client is installed.

Please make sure you have configured the Windows App and have been added to the server. If you are a new user, please submit a ticket request to help@prc.utexas.edu to be added to the group server prior to your first connection attempt. 

VPN Group and Project Server Information

Configuring the VPN:

  1. Locate the VPN Client (Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client) icon and connect to the UT VPN.

  2. When VPN starts for the first time, it will ask for the VPN server name—type in vpn.utexas.edu/vpn-yeager. Click Connect.
