To that end, we take a proactive role in disseminating announcements about new achievements among our faculty members, principal investigators and researchers.

The CoLA Office of Research & Scholarship (CORS) promotes achievements that are of a research and/or scholarly nature, typically for the purpose of highlighting faculty activities. Notification is submitted by Department Chair only. To provide clarity, below are the types of announcements we typically publish.
Up-Coming Books | External Fellowship Winners |
For forthcoming books to be announced, they should already have received confirmation from the publisher. Please provide one of the following to your chair:
| Announcements about recipients of external faculty fellowships require some kind of formalized link or confirmation from the foundation/funder. Please provide one of the following to your chair:

New Projects / Funding | Honorifics & Prizes |
New project and new funding announcements (no renewals of the same project and no student projects). A notice of award needs to have been issued in order to publish. Please provide one of the following to your chair:
| Best paper/book award, conferral of prestigious status or membership in renown organizations, honorable mentions within highly competitive proceedings, etc. Please provide one of the following to your chair:
