How to submit an Inter-Campus Pick-up/Delivery request:

  1. Login to the EMSS EM Customer Service Portal using the direct link above.
    Remember to login using your EID email address YOUREID@eid.utexas.edu. 
    For more information on logging in go to EMSS EM Jira Service Management
  2. Summary: Enter a title of the request like a subject in an email. 
  3. Department: Select department from drop down menu.
  4. Is this request for a pick up or delivery?: Select pickup, delivery, or other/unsure.
  5. Contact person: Enter the name of the person to address the delivery to.
  6. Date delivery is needed or expected: Select date from pop-up calendar.
  7. Comments/Additional information: Enter any special instructions regarding delivery.
  8. Note: If not logged in, there will be an option to input your email at the bottom of the request.
  9. Click Send to submit request.

Note:  The EID email address used to access the EMSS EM Customer Service Portal will automatically send email notifications to the standard "austin.utexas.edu" email address.

  • Create a new email to EMSS-Help@austin.utexas.edu
  • Include the ticket number if you remember it.
  • If you don't remember it, provide as much information about your original request so we can connect your requests.
