Inter-Campus Pick-up/Delivery
What is this form used for?
Use this form to request Mail services pick up or deliver an item on campus.
How to submit an Inter-Campus Pick-up/Delivery request:
Login to the EM Customer Service Portal using the direct link above.
Remember to login using your EID email address YOUREID@eid.utexas.edu.
For more information on logging in go to EM Jira Service ManagementSummary: Enter a title of the request like a subject in an email.
Department: Select department from drop down menu.
Is this request for a pick up or delivery?: Select pickup, delivery, or other/unsure.
Contact person: Enter the name of the person to address the delivery to.
Date delivery is needed or expected: Select date from pop-up calendar.
Comments/Additional information: Enter any special instructions regarding delivery.
Note: If not logged in, there will be an option to input your EID email at the bottom of the request.
Click Send to submit request.
