- Email Liaison 48 business hours in advance with your request.
- Include: account name and number, number of parking cards, dates of visit, guest's name, EID (if applicable), and service description.
- Don't forget to cc account authorizer.
- Single Day Parking Cards are good for 1 swipe ONLY.
- Requested parking passes and wifi cards need to be picked up at Liaison's desk before the arrival of the guest. Pick up happens between 8am-5pm, from Monday through Thursday and 8am-3:30pm Friday.
- As of 12/20/18 a new complimentary wirelss internest access service - "utguest" - is now available as a courtesy of the University of Texas at Austin. Visitors can access basic WiFi Internest access (web and VPN). UTGuest.org
Parking cards are now $12/day
This method is for when you are requesting Parking for 1 to 3 days. When parking for a longer period is needed - please contact Liaison with information about the project, the needs, the guest in order to determine what parking option is most convenient. When travel, lodging, honorarium and others are being paid then please list the parking charges on the guest artist form and proceed with the Guest Artist Process
