Guest Single Day Parking Requests

• Email Liaison 48 business hours in advance with your request.
  • Include: account name and number, number of parking QR Codes, dates of visit, guest's name, EID (if applicable), and service description.
• Don't forget to cc account authorizer.
• Single Day Parking QR Codes are good for 1 scan ONLY.
• Requested parking QR Codes will be emailed directly to guest. 
• Ccomplimentary wireless internet access service - "utguest" - is now available as a courtesy of the University of Texas at Austin. Visitors can access basic WiFi Internet access (web and VPN). UTGuest.org

Parking QR Codes are $12/day

This method is for when you are requesting Parking for 1 to 3 days. When parking for a longer period is needed - please contact Liaison with information about the project, the needs, the guest in order to determine what parking option is most convenient. When travel, lodging, honorarium and others are being paid then please list the parking charges on the guest artist form and proceed with the Guest Artist Process
