STUDIO SERIES SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
Studio Project Intake Form - This document must be completed by a project lead after being assigned a Studio Series slot from their designated Area Head. The information submitted in this survey is used by the UT Theatre and Dance staff to assist in generating marketing materials, supporting the designated studio space with additional production needs, ticketing, front of house management and other asks.
Studio Series Agreement - This document outlines the expectations and best practices while using our studio series spaces. The Audience Services Coordinator meets with every project lead prior to entering rehearsals to go over each section of this agreement and complete a walk through of the space, to answer any questions the project lead may have.
Season Support Breakdown - This graphic lays out a generalized overview of the support each grouping or production may receive in the F. Loren Winship Drama Building.
Costume Stock - This link leads to the wiki page containing all of the information about the Costume Fabrication Studio's costume stock. Outlining best practices for renting costumes, and tips for preparing for a costume pull from the stock.
Prop Stock - This link leads to the UT Texas Performing Arts Prop Stock website. Outlining best practices for borrowing props, and a step by step explanation on the process to set up an appointment to borrow props.
