WINDOWS PRINTER SETUP
Press the Windows start menu button and type: "control" and select the control panel button when it appears
Select Find a printer in the directory and press next. Alternatively, if you know the IP see below
IF you know the name of the printer you can type it in the box below and press find now. IF you do not know try the location of the hallway it is in.
If you are not sure, you can do down the list of the prefilled search list of printers and see if you can find it.
IF you know the IP address and need it setup this way as a last resort select the following. For the device type, set it to TCP/IP device
For the hostname put in the IP address
