UTexas DUO on a new phone

- On this page - https://utdirect.utexas.edu/apps/duo/register - sign in with your EID and then click "Other Options" on the Duo page.
- Click "Manage devices", and then use the "Call me" option to verify your identity.
- Click "I have a new phone" and make sure the information is up to date.
- Use the Duo App to scan the QR code by opening your DUO app and clicking the '+' add button, located at the top-right, and choose the "Scan a QR Code" option
How to reactivate WebPnC DUO on a new phone
- Go to https://utexasapp.uhs.utexas.edu/ Signin to Point and Click.
- Sign in with your EID (DO NOT fully log in, if you see the Scheduler you will need to log out by clicking your name at the top-right and choosing sign out)
- Click on My Settings & Devices on the left column. X out the blue warning that says "User your Security Key to log in."
- Choose Call Me
- After answering the call, select Device Options, followed byReactivate Duo Mobile
- Select the Type of phone (ex, iPhone) and Continue.
- Confirm you have the DUO app on your phone and select I have Duo Mobile installed.
- Open your DUO app on your phone.
- Tap the "+" button.
- Scan the barcode. You may need to 'allow the phone to use the camera'.
- Click Continue
