How to reactivate WebPnC Duo on a new phone
Step-by-step guide
- Go to https://utexasapp.uhs.utexas.edu/
- Signin to Point and Click.
- Click on My Settings & Devices on the left column.
- X out the blue warning that says "User your Security Key to log in."
- Choose Call Me
- After answering the call, select Device Options, followed by Reactivate Duo Mobile
- Select the Type of phone (ex, iPhone) and Continue.
- Confirm you have the DUO app on your phone and select I have Duo Mobile installed.
- Open your DUO app on your phone.
- Tap the "+" button.
- Scan the barcode. You may need to 'allow the phone to use the camera'.
- Click Continue
