How to reactivate WebPnC Duo on a new phone

Step-by-step guide

  1. Go to https://utexasapp.uhs.utexas.edu/ 
  2. Signin to Point and Click.
  3. Click on My Settings & Devices on the left column. 
  4. X out the blue warning that says "User your Security Key to log in."
  5. Choose Call Me
  6. After answering the call, select Device Options, followed by Reactivate Duo Mobile
  7. Select the Type of phone (ex, iPhone) and Continue.
  8. Confirm you have the DUO app on your phone and select I have Duo Mobile installed.
  9. Open your DUO app on your phone.
  10. Tap the "+" button.
  11. Scan the barcode. You may need to 'allow the phone to use the camera'. 
  12. Click Continue
