2. In the Printers & Scanners window you should see the GLT printers if you followed the installation steps.

3. Left-click on one and then click Manage

4. Click the “Printer properties” option.

5.  Follow the steps below:

1. Click the “Device Settings” tab at the top.

2. Click the dropdown User Management drop down and select “Department ID Management”

3. Click “Settings”.

4. Check this box if you set up a pin to set your PIN as well as the “Department ID”.

5. Input the provided “Department ID” and “Pin” if you set up a pin“PIN”.

6. If you want a pop-up with the code each time you print, leave this checked, otherwise uncheck and you will not get Uncheck "Confirm Department ID/PIN When Printing" to prevent getting a pop-up each time you print.

7. Only use this option if you want to have to physically go to the copier and input your code to release the job.

Note: You can lock print jobs on demand each time you print (secure print), so this option is not necessary unless you want to lock down all print jobs.

8. Once you are finished, click “OK” and then “OK” again on the “Properties” window.
