  1. Login to the EM Customer Service Portal using the direct link above.
    Remember to login using your EID email address YOUREID@eid.utexas.edu. 
    For more information on logging in go to EM Jira Service Management
  2. Summary: Enter a title of the request like a subject in an email. 
  3. Department: Select department from drop down menu.
  4. Is this related to pickup or delivery?: Select pickup, delivery, or other/unsure.
  5. What can we help you with today?: Provide instructions regarding special mail delivery service.
  6. Note: If not logged in, there will be an option to input your EID email at the bottom of the request.
  7. Click Send to submit request.
