- Include: account name and number, number of parking cardsQR Codes, dates of visit, guest's name, EID (if applicable), and service description.
- Don't forget to cc account authorizer.
- Single Day Parking Cards QR Codes are good for 1 swipe scan ONLY.
- Requested parking passes and wifi cards need to be picked up at Liaison's desk before the arrival of the guest. Pick up happens between 8am-5pm, from Monday through Thursday and 8am-3:30pm Friday.As of 12/20/18 a new complimentary wirelss internest QR Codes will be emailed directly to guest.
- Ccomplimentary wireless internet access service - "utguest" - is now available as a courtesy of the University of Texas at Austin. Visitors can access basic WiFi Internest Internet access (web and VPN). UTGuest.org
