For the hostname put in the IP address
Once you have typed in the info or selected the printer from the list of printers, It will ask for admin credentials to finish the install. Please contact someone at help@prc.utexas.edu to finish the printer installation.

From the Apple menu on the top left-hand corner of the screen, select system preferences and look for Printers & scanners

Once you are in the printer Icon menu select the plus sign. If it is locked It will be locked and you will need admin to unlock it and add to add the printer. If you do not have admin rights you will need to contact help@prc.utexas.edu to finish the installation of the printer.
Now you can add a network printer by selecting the middle Icon. For the address place the IP address of the printer. For protocol select eh drop-down menu arrows on the right and select "LDP"
