  • I want to have a timeline for the first workday(or however many we want to onboard for)

  • Do we start with internal system meeting or general electrical? I say we do one quick Electrical meeting where I will kinda just give a general introduction, then first half of workday yall get your people acclimated. That includes like icebreakers + getting set up with system tools + giving a system introduction. For the rest of workday, we do a bigger general system high level introduction. This is going to mainly be general how things work and how we run things. IMO the next workday we can do first half being intro lectures for new members(one hardware one software), and then hopefully we can start assigning initial projects the end of that workday.

  • Format of hardware and software lecture. I wanna start with general overview then do design philosophy then maybe specifics/resources

  • Start thinking about system requirements, recruiting, and onboarding for next week

  • Please have a general number for how many people you plan to recruit/how many people you plan to have on your team and be able to justify those decisions based on workload

  • Do a census of some starter projects available within your system for new members. Some will end being shared with SOM and sharepoint tasks.

  • Need to discuss status of how we want to work on Daybreak at some point. I am of the opinion that we take a census of critical fixes that need to happen and rework those boards/software. All next-gen design should be completely with the intent of putting it in the next car imo.
