• Share status on your System diagrams. I will consolidate them and publish them so people can review on there own time so please take some time to look over them to make sure we are on the same page.

• I also want to kind of use this to get a census of what work needs to get done. From here we will start think about our internal dependency tree.

• I want to have a timeline for the first workday(or however many we want to onboard for)

• Do we start with internal system meeting or general electrical? I say we do one quick Electrical meeting where I will kinda just give a general introduction, then first half of workday yall get your people acclimated. That includes like icebreakers + getting set up with system tools + giving a system introduction. For the rest of workday, we do a bigger general system high level introduction. This is going to mainly be general how things work and how we run things. IMO the next workday we can do first half being intro lectures for new members(one hardware one software), and then hopefully we can start assigning initial projects the end of that workday.
