• Don’t be scared to ask for new things rn, just put everything you want for dev on the new car and maintenance on the old car and we can clean it up as necessary after

• Include R&D projects as dev work

• Include SOM costs with their daughter boards

• Parthiv will be including a lot of the harnessing things but we may move stuff over to to us depending on whether his budget gets bloated

System Diagrams

• Please finish your system diagrams

• I updated the Electrical Schematic repo and will be regularly updating and maintaining that to make sure all of our bases are covered and everyone is on the same page

• Priority is to finish stuff that goes across systems but as we move into the year and decisions are made about internal things(like display, scrutineering boards, HV, etc.) please keep my updated so I can update the diagram

• This will help with budgeting

• I am gonna make a confluence page for recruiting questions. Don’t need to add anything asap but if there are things you want to ask put them there so we are on the same page.

• We need to talk timeline so that we can be prepared for the big timeline meeting.

• Lets establish big checkpoints rn that you guys see(systems complete, integration complete, systems in vehicle) in this meeting and we can discuss finer details later on. I think systems can be on their own internal timelines for dev and testing for non-shared things. I want all systems to have a hard deadline for being internally complete though.

• Start adding your projects to your clickup board. I am also going to make a confluence to track all of our daybreak maintenance tasks so add those as well as larger tasks(ex: a specific board dev getting completed) to clickup. Don’t need to assign or break them into subtasks just get them on there.

• Start thinking about or even making if you can whatever presentation you want

• Shared presentations need to start getting made soon
