Materials used

Step-by-step guide

Mold Prep

  1. Sanded fiberglass mold to 400 grit sandpaper with orbital sanders and used Bondo when neede
  2. We used __ layers of wax and __ layers of frekote
    1. This did NOT work as mold release at all and was stuck

Layup

  1. Laid carbon fiber on the sides and fiberglass on the top
