Images linked to TMSc must be JPEGS under 2MB. Original size files are added to the Blanton image server.

File names should begin with the object number followed by a short description to distinguish between multiple images of a single object.

Exhibition photography should be formatted as EXH-YEAR-Exh Title-##.

Media records are created for every image linked to the database. The media record holds information about the image including the image file details, image rights, or alt-text.

Photographer Constituent link: link photographer for all images including study images from any staff members

When an image is taken from the web or the photographer/source is unknown, use Status Flag "Internal Use Only" to indicate that we do not have image rights to distribute and reproduce the image. This flag is added to the Media record.

Public caption: required copyright credits for images and study image disclaimer.

Public access: checked for object photography department items that should appear on eMuseum
