Artists and Constituents

A constituent record is created for all people or institutions with relationships to objects, shipments, loans, etc. 

All constituent records must be created prior to linking to object or other records.

Make sure to select the Active button at the top of a constituent record. Neglecting this step can cause issues with certain reports.

New Constituent Pop-Up

All constituent records must be created prior to linking to object or other records.

In the new constituent creator window, select individual (or institution). Enter first and last names into each field. Then select the proper format in the Display name field, and Alpha Sort Field. TMS generates these options, and they cannot be modified within this window. Alternate and additional names can be added later.
