Event records are currently used for visits, classes, and other special events in the Print Study Room as well as for Acquisition Committee Meetings.

Print Study Room

Events are used to record activities in the print study room to track visit information for the Print Study room as well as object use that contributes to exposure history for works on paper.

Event Type: Visit/Class

Name: PSR - [description] - [date dd/mm/yyyy]

Enter begin date and time and end date and time.

Description: add extra details about the event

Event Related Constituents:

Link the following constituents for visits/classes

  • Visit Supervisor (who is coordinating or supervising the visit)

  • Visit Requested by (whoever has requested the visit, including staff)

 

Acquisition Meetings

Events are used to record date of the meeting, objects on the agenda, and approval status of the objects on the agenda.

Event Type: Acquisition Committee Review meeting

Event Name: ARC.[date yyyy.mm.dd]

Enter date of meeting in Begin and End date

Check “Meeting” box
