Drawings and Watercolors
Include media and support
- Graphite and ink on paper
- Watercolor on cardboard
Paintings
Describe both media and support.
- Oil on canvas
- Acrylic on board
Photography
Only include support if it is not typical (e.g., mylar)
- Chromogenic print; instead of C-print, etc.
- Gelatin Silver Print; instead of silver gelatin or silver print
Prints
Include technique, do not include “on paper” since it is assumed. Only include the support if it is something unusual (e.g., mylar)
- Etching
- Woodcut
- Lithograph with crayon
Sculpture
Include material, only include technique if when significant
- Marble
- Gessoed and painted cedar
- Dye on carved and tooled leather
