Blanton Museum of Art: TMS and MS Guide Home
TMS Collections is the collection management system for the Blanton Museum of Art. Media Studio is the integrated DAMS (Digital Asset Management System) for TMS and is used for collection and exhibition images and documentation. This guide details the data entry standards in alignment with the Blanton Style Guide, policy and procedures, as well as instructions for tasks and workflows.

TMS Collections URL for access (Gallery Systems recommends Safari for best performance, but you may use whichever internet browser you prefer)
Reset your TMS password (TMS username and passwords are only required for running SSRS reports and accessing the TMS-MS remote server for admin and media imports)
Image server Address: smb://utvw-bma1-s01.austin.utexas.edu (as of 5/1/2025 this server is a legacy media storage and not in active use, migration of legacy files into the Media Server environment is an upcoming project to be scheduled, but new media will go directly to the TMS-MS server.)
