Manage Queries

Use the manage queries tool to organize your dashboard or access global queries. 

Global queries saved searches that are accessible to all users to load in the super search window.


Dashboard Management

  1. Click on your name in the header at the top right.
  2. Select Manage Queries
  3. Select the Module for the query at the top right of the Manage Queries widget
  4. Tick the box in the Dashboard column on or off to add or remove it from your personal dashboard. 

Add Global Query

  1. Click on your name in the header at the top right.
  2. Select Manage Queries
  3. Select the Module for the query at the top right of the Manage Queries widget
  4. Click the + to search for available global queries
  5. Select the query to add and click OK
  6. Before closing the Manage Queries widget, you can tick the checkbox to add this query to your personal dashboard.

Now that the Global Query is added, it will be available to load in the Super Search window.
