Searches

There are three methods for searching across all modules: Quick Search, Basic Search, Advanced Search. In addition Search by Location is available for the Object and Crate module.

• Quick Search: always available in the menu header, cross-field search looks for the search value across many fields (artist name, title, object number, etc.)

• Basic Search (NEW): customized templates built for standard searches, select template from menu, toggle on and off the fields you’d like to search

• Advanced Search: complex query builder, allows user to select saved queries, modify saved queries, and build complex searches from scratch
