Upload Images
Images uploaded to TMS are reduced size surrogates (under 2MB) and original files must be added to the Blanton photo server. Access to the photo server is limited and access is provided by the Database Manager. The TMS surrogates are added to a remote server hosted by Gallery Systems when they are uploaded via TMS.
Image server: smb://utvw-bma1-s01.austin.utexas.edu
Images of artworks taken by staff for inventory and reference purposes are categorized as Study Images, and high resolution, color accurate photography, for reproductions are categorized as Object Photography.
