How to "Mass Immunization" on an iPad

Log into an iPad (click the power button) and enter the passcode "4758331" (HITS phone #)
Click the Safari icon
Click the PnC icon. Once in PnC, click the Mass Immunization button and log in with your Windows/PnC credentials (usually firstInitial+<DOT>+lastName) and your Windows password (not EID password) and Sign In.
Select the Device Location of where you are holding the clinic and click OK.
Choose the "Mass Immunization button.
On the next screen, you’ll see your information. Using the dropdown menus, you’ll select the Department, Vaccine, Manufacturer, Volume, Route, Lot# and Expiration. Most of these will autofill when you pick the Vaccine.

To get the student populated, you can either:
1. use the scanner to scan their barcode from their phone or paper (you may need to click the red text first if it appears at top) , or
2. click the top grey button “Participant with Appointment and No Barcode”.
You’ll then choose the Visit Type. Pick “FLU SHOT CLINIC” from the drop-down menu
If you did not scan a barcode, you’ll enter the student EID and “Search”
Select the student from the list
Verify appointment and student are correct. Continue only if you are administering the vaccine.
Click the blue “View” button
Acknowledge the Screening Questions.
Choose a Site from the dropdown. Click ‘No’ to ‘Opt out’ for both sharing and reminders.
Click Administer Vaccine
