- Give Amanda as much notice as possible, ideally 2 weeks.
- Verify it is a good date for to leave.
- If there is a re-schedule, you need to start over at step 1.
- Notify families of the field trip in your weekly email.
- Get permission (template).
- Track attendance on your field trip (template).
