- April –
- March – discussion of recommendations from environmental scan, specifically decision tree for ingesting assets/descriptive metadata
- February – final edits on environmental scan narrative, discussion of findings and recommendations from environmental scan, chose three recommendations to work on for the year
- January – presented completed environmental scan diagrams, discussed project to update harmful subject terms in Primo, planned conclusion of environmental scan work for February
2023
- December – canceled, to provide more time for working on authorities scan and narrative for environmental scan
- November – reviewed environmental scan narrative and existing graphs/data visualizations, plotted out rest of work with January due date; brief discussion of Alma authorities
- October – canceled, to provide more time for working on authorities scan and narrative for environmental scan
- September – reviewed draft data visualizations, discussed main questions we want to explore/answer from scan data, reviewed authorities scan form
- August – discussed and chose options for data visualization/graphing environmental scan data
- July – reviewed and gave updates on environmental scan project; drafted form for subjects/authorities scan
- June – reviewed and gave updates on environmental scan project; planned subjects form as follow-up to scan
- May – reviewed and gave updates on environmental scan project; planned subjects scan
- April – discussed state of environmental scan spreadsheet, planned logistics for informational interviews with stakeholders, interviews taking place in June
- March – discussed additions/changes to current environmental scan spreadsheet, enriching existing information before sharing with identified stakeholders for review
- February – brainstorming/discussion on first major project, conducting an environmental scan of metadata creation processes across the libraries
- January – introduction to Steering Committee charge, goals, and updates on similar projects throughout the libraries
