Recital Fee Policies
After the second round of scheduling for each semester is complete and assignments have been confirmed, recital fees stay on a student's account, whether the student performs the recital or not. Committing to a date is serious! If a student cancels a recital after the final round of scheduling, the only way to have the $150 recital fee returned is to fill out an appeal form and attach a justification for your cancellation. Those appeals are reviewed by an anonymous committee of faculty members, so that the scheduling office is not unilaterally deciding the fate of student fees.
