Week 13: Network Modeling (Amanda Perofsky)
Amanda Perofsky is a graduate student in Lauren Meyer's research group. She works on infectious diseases in Verreaux's sifaka (and endangered lemur). She will introduce us to network theory. She'll talk about the mathematics of networks, network metrics, and common network models. At the end, we'll play around with a social network dataset. Please download the "igraph" package for R ahead of time for the demo.
