  • Configurable timers to set current charging limit time-out

  • Can change priority of channel in real time (highest priority connected to output)

  • Comparator detects input short circuit

  • Beefy IC (there is a lot of current limiting and faulting capabilities that are unnecessary)

    2. MUST be able to handle short circuit longer than tTMR,FLT → while shorting, current is regulated by current limiting circuit/ overcurrent fault timer
