Camber gain
Why are we doing it/why does it matter?
Camber is the tilt of a tire in the lateral direction away from the frame. Camber gain allows us to have the tire tilt more or less depending on how much your car rolls during cornering. This means the tires move vertically and your camber changes as a result of it. We want this tilt to change because when we corner we can maximize the tire contact patch. Having a large contact patch allows us to convert more of the electrical energy from the motor into mechanical energy in the form of work to help our car move even when turning. Static camber on the other hand is the angle of the tire when driving straight with no turns. For us, it’s ideal to have it as natural so the tires are straight upwards meaning the tire contact patch is maximized.

Valid Quantify/Qualify the solution
Textbook (if credible) with chapter # and what it said and why it makes sense
Deriving through first principles
Must show the math
Invalid Quantify/Qualify the solution
Word of mouth from a knowledgeable person
Any article that says a solution
Only works if you can cross-reference other articles and they all say the same thing
