To grant general access to the Wiki you must be an Admin- these tend to be the SLPs, Postdocs and Doc students of the lab
Click on “Space settings” on the left
“Users”
Then “Edit”
Search by name or EID and add them to the Wiki
Pages/sections that are only shared with specific IDs/individuals will require that you add them to those pages as well
Therefore, you must add the individual to each section of the Wiki that they will need to access
Always share the “parent folder” of the tree branch (as long as it does not inadvertently share private information) in order to ensure they can access everything within the branch
As an Admin of the Wiki, you must think carefully about what you are sharing with whom, think carefully about this before sharing to ensure we do not accidentally share private information. Questions can be posted on Teams in the Wiki channel
