Open the McCombs Software Portal in the Start Menu or on your Desktop

Install UT Box Sync

Open

Open Box Sync

Open

Sign in using youreid@eid.utexas.edu. You do not need to put the password in. It will ask for it after you click login. 

A new window will open with the usual EID login screen

Sign in

Go to http://utexas.box.com

Select any shared folders you want synced to your desktop and choose "Sync Folder to Computer"
