Verify Employment Eligibility - Form I-9, Section 1
- You must complete this electronic form, found in your Workday inbox, no later than your first work day.

Provide Evidence of Identity and Employment Authorization - Form I-9, Section 2
- You are required to present original documents from the List of Acceptable Documents to prove your identity and authorization to work in the United States.
- Information from your documents will be submitted to the federal E-Verify system for verification.
- Provide documents to Carla Lanas no later than your third work day. She will input information from your documents to complete Form I-9, Section 2.
Manage Payment Elections
- You may select how you wish to receive your paychecks (e.g., via direct deposit) through this Workday onboarding task.
Acknowledge the Ethics Statement
- Read and acknowledge the Standards of Conduct and Political Activities via your Onboarding tasks in Workday.
Read and acknowledge the Worker’s Compensation Network Acknowledgement Form
- This is completed through your Onboarding tasks in Workday.
Update Employee Information
- Complete your employee biographical information and your veteran status information online through your Workday onboarding tasks.
Read and acknowledge the Conflict of Interest and Ethics Policies
- Complete through the Workday onboarding tasks.Â
Upload outside employment form (if applicable)
- If you are working for another employer, you must complete an outside employment form (PDF) and gain proper approval.Â
- Once approved the form should be uploaded to your Workday profile, under Personal in the Documents tab.Â
- If you are an exempt employee, prior approvals need to be completed through the portal: Outside Activity Portal 5-2011.
- If you are unsure about your status under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) check one of your individual time reports on the electronic timesheet system and look at your FLSA status.
