I. Introduction and Background

Our team took on the project proposed by Dr. Yuke Zhu. This project was to design a water bottle gripper that could be at the end of a robotic arm designed to flip water bottles. Water bottle flipping is a challenging process to automate, due to the dynamic movement of the water.

Problem Statement: Create a water bottle gripper for a water bottle flipping robot.

  2. Strong enough to hold the water bottle while moving
