RTF Staff are here to help! If you need support and you aren't sure where to turn, contact our office manager, Milaka Falk, who can either answer your questions or point you in the right direction.

Stationery & Branding

RTF has its own official letterhead, powerpoint template, and logo. We do not give these out to students. If you are a faculty member, reach out to Milaka Falk for letterhead and the powerpoint template and to Elana Wakeman for the logo.

RTF Media Library

The RTF Media Library contains a wealth of films and videos on BluRays, DVDs, and VHS, which are available to RTF Faculty, Graduate Students, and Staff.

Reach out to our office manager, Milaka Falk to:

• Reserve a film from the RTF Media Library (she has access to the inventory list)
• Request the purchases of additional media. Please make requests for instructional-use media purchases a few weeks before classes start to accommodate ordering and shipping times.

Photocopier/Printer

• The copier/printer located in the Media Library (CMA 6.168) may be used for copying and printing of exams, syllabi, and small quantities of other class materials.
• The copier can send digitized copies of materials to your email address or flash drive, which you can then post on Canvas.
• To print directly to the copier, you will need a special printer drive installed on your computer by the Moody College IT team.
